Matthew is a Master’s student in the Technology and Policy Program. Prior to MIT, Matthew spent four years working in Energy Efficiency and Energy Management with EnerNOC. He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Mechanical Engineering, and holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan.

Matthew is interested in optimization of rural microgrids in India and the applications of these models for policy development.
